I am very particular about dentists. After going to a few dentists I finally found the one! I am SOO grateful to have Dr.Thai now. I feel comfortable and cared for. Rachel has also been extremely helpful. She always takes care of me and explains any questions I have with care or billing. I recommend them to anyone. I'm going to have my husband switch over. Customer service was very nice, I haven’t received this kind of treatment since before Covid

I have NEVER had a great dental experience. Every time instills fear, anxiety, and dentists never listen. I often leave in pain, feeling judged/berated, or with misaligned fillings. Dr. Thai was the most attentive, timely, and efficient dentist I have ever met. He met me where I was, we discussed routines, treatment plans, and he made sure to communicate priorities in care. He took his time to make sure I was fully numbed during my filling and adjust as needed throughout. This was by far the most incredible, anxiety reducing, and cost effective visit I've had in my life. The hygienist left my mouth crusty and covered in toothpaste/fluoride, which was embarrassing to notice after I'd left the office. So she could use more attention to detail. But I cared more about the dentist than the cleaning. Five stars for Dr. Thai and the super friendly receptionists who walked me step by step through finances BEFORE any services were done. Shouting this place from the rooftops!
